The Team
Abby Lien
Director of Events / Lead Coordinator
Abby has a dedicated passion for planning and seeing the happiness of a couple as their dream comes to life. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Event Planning and entered into the wedding industry in 2021. She spent three seasons with a local company in Duluth, MN and worked up to Lead Planner.
In 2024, Abby moved to Virginia and brought her planning expertise to the wedding scene throughout the DMV area, which has led her to Two Swans. Alongside her professional endeavors, Abby has planned events for her family as well as her own wedding which continued to spark her passion for curating the perfect event. With years of experience as a planner, Abby understands every detail that goes into the perfect wedding day.
Outside of event planning, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys hiking and being surrounded by the outdoors, and also loves trying new restaurants.
Simer Nijjer
Lead Coordinator
Simer brings over five years of experience in the wedding and cultural event industry to Two Swans. Her calm, professional, and vibrant presence sets the tone for every event, giving couples confidence that their special day is in the best of hands. With a strong background in both planning and coordination, she has developed a reputation for being organized, enthusiastic, and deeply invested in creating unforgettable celebrations.
Simer excels at blending logistics with creativity. She manages timelines, team coordination, and day-of execution seamlessly while also using her design eye to elevate every detail. Clients value her ability to listen closely, understand their vision, and then bring it to life in ways that often exceed expectations. Whether she’s troubleshooting behind the scenes or adding finishing touches to décor, Simer’s dedication and expertise ensure everything runs effortlessly.
Beyond her professional skills, Simer is known for her warm personality and ability to connect with people. She’s approachable, thoughtful, and always finds time to enjoy life’s little moments. Whether shopping, creating, or finding new ways to express her creativity.

Assistant Coordinator
With over five years of hands-on experience in planning and executing a wide range of events, Abigail has cultivated a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a vision to life. She has worked on everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, handling logistics, timelines, design, and client communications with ease and professionalism. Her calm presence and attention to detail make her a trusted guide for couples as they navigate one of the most important days of their lives.
While she excels in all areas of event coordination, it’s weddings that hold a special place in her heart. For Abigail, there’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing the joy on a couple’s face when everything they’ve dreamed of comes to life. She finds fulfillment in the creativity, the emotional connection, and the opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Outside of her professional life, Abigail is an avid reader and baker who’s always eager to learn something new. She loves going on spontaneous adventures, finding inspiration in everyday moments, and spending quality time with the people she loves most. Her warmth, curiosity, and genuine care for others shine through in every event she touches.
Briana Vychea
Assistant Coordinator
Briana is an Event Coordinator who combines sharp organizational skills with a genuine passion for creating seamless celebrations. With a background as an Executive Assistant and experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, she brings both precision and service-driven mindset to every wedding. From managing timelines to coordinating vendors, Briana ensures each detail is handled with care, allowing the couple to be fully present and enjoy their day.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, exploring new foods, and creating content that captures everyday moments.
Julie Lynn
Assistant Coordinator
Julie comes to this role with a wide variety of experience. Her kindness and compassion first led her to nursing, but through years of planning work events as well as travel, parties, and weddings for family and friends, she discovered her true passion. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, calm presence, and dedication. She believes in a client-centered approach, an elegant touch, and creating meaningful moments. No request is too big or too small as she thrives on delivering exceptional service and bringing happiness to others. She’s excited for each new collaboration and truly grateful for every couple she meets. She looks forward to helping make your best day ever a reality!
When she’s not busy coordinating, she can be found trying out a new recipe, searching for bargains at yard sales, or hiking and appreciating nature. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with those she holds dear. Whether related to business or pleasure, she simply loves embracing all the joys in life.
